Physical Books (Hardback & Paperback)

• Return Window: 30 days from delivery date

• Condition: Books must be in new, unread condition with no writing, highlighting, or damage

• Refund: Full refund of purchase price (shipping costs are non-refundable)

• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the book arrived damaged or defective

Digital Products (eBooks & Audiobooks)

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final

Damaged or Defective Books

If your book arrives damaged or defective:

• Provide your order number and photos of the damage

• We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, including shipping

How to Request a Return

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:
